'function' is a generic term
I would like to read the numbers
calling the function from a menu button hotkey anyhing is not important
where the code resides and where the numbers are displayed is not
important show them in a dialog box, status bar, an email, a window, a
textbox, a label, synthesysed voice

I just would like to read the numbers, why is it that important where
to put the function?
