A whole bunch of fixes for Vista/WinMail. In fact, a couple of bugs still 
live there... but I can't find how to fix them. For example, the Tab button 
doesn't work in the envelope fields (under Vista, of course). Also NewsSaver 
doesn't prevent messages from being wiped.

Also one extremely rare crash was finally catched & cured in GoldQuoter (it 
took two years to reproduce it :)
