first cut of MSNP8 changes checked in

I have checked in the changes to support MSN onto the Fire-0-32-Update 
branch. This will be used in an upcoming Fire 0.32.g release planned 
for October 15 or 16.

Note that I have upgraded the project to 10.2 format because we now 
require libcurl to build. We will still support running on 10.1. (I 
have not tried this out yet but I expect it will still work on 10.1.)

Many thanks to Andrew Wellington for providing his changes from Proteus 
for MSNP8 support.

I'm working on getting these changes into TOT as well, I'll update 
everyone when that is done.
