Yeah, the xcode failed because I forgot the target plist files.  It 
should work after they propagate to anon cvs.  After that, it doesn't 
matter which you build from, but the xcode one also has "Native" 
targets, which are extremely useful for development.

If you just want to build and run, then I would suggest the Xcode 
project and build using the "Fire (Everything)" target, not the "Fire 
(Everything) (Upgraded)".

"lumping?"  I guess you mean its auto resize.  If you go to the 
separator, and move it all the way to the right, it will stay there.  
It only contracts to where you save it.  This does stick!

Thought it may not look like it, each display portion of the "tab" is a 
completely independent entity.  In truth, when you resize the typing 
area, that object has absolutely no idea it is inside a tabbed window, 
much less what others are also in that tabbed window.
