Web Style Pref problem

OK Ive moved this over here from the fire talk list as per Jasons 
request

It was suggested to use either the "Fire (Everything)" target or the 
"Fire (Everything) (Upgraded)" target
Ive been using the "Fire (Everything) (Upgraded)" target to make my 
builds.  I just tried the "Fire (Everything)" target to build.  Its 
still not loading the pref pane but it doing it how Ernest was 
describing it (bringing up a dialogue box saying it could not be 
loaded)   Running the build thru xcode give the following info:

2004-05-26 17:11:49.991 Fire[13071] [NSPreferencePane loadMainView]: 
Could not load nib at "(null)"
