status tooltips show Available for offline buddies

cvs Fire 1.1 updated about 1:50pm PDT 6/25

The status tooltips for every buddy in the Buddies window says they're 
"Available" even though they're offline. Also, if someone is "Idle" 
before I sign off, their status tooltip will still say "Idle" after 
I've signed off.
