This is not present in version 1.0.4 but will be in version 1.1 
currently only available in CVS.

I am sorry, when you mentioned CVS, I assumed you meant the CVS 
checkout as listed here:  http://fire.sourceforge.net/development/

In general, all the the developers worth with the CVS version because 
things can change so quickly.
