CVS now officially unstable

As I did when we released version 1.0, I am warning you that the main 
CVS tree is now officially unstable code.  At that time, it was version 
1.5's code being merged in.  Now it is version 2.0's code.  This code 
is in a very unstable state, so you have been warned.
