Account Editor

A friend of mine (long Adium and Trillian user) tried Fire 1.9.91 for 
the first time yesterday.  He said that the account editor is not the 
easiest to figure out, and he suggested that the account editor be 
changed.  He liked the method of editing away messages and suggested 
the same method for accounts.

When I looked at the account window, I agree that it is not the easiest 
to understand, particularly how to edit an account.  I came up with a 
small mockup of how this could be changed to be much simpler to work 
with.  With this mockup, we loose the ability to log on and off through 
the account window, but since these actions have equivalent menu items 
and command keys, I don't see this as much of a loss.  In addition, 
this window is brought up through the menu item that says "Edit 
Accounts...", so it would make sense that it is an editor.

Since I took a screenshot from IB, this is missing a few things.  The 
First column will have the service icon just like the current account 
window and the Auto will have a checkbox for autologin, just like the 
current one.
