Status OTR-Plugin

Hi there,

after integrating the patches gbooker sent me, the otr encryption is  
now working great - and every time. :-)

So the polishing round is now starting.

:-) Thanks to you all for your support,
I'l be heading to holidays Tuesday, so I think I'l get this done fast  
(there) but I don't know if I'm going to stay online much.

Oh well, lets see.
