Well, Jason got 0.32.h out the door as planned (way to go!) however, as
you know, we have not yet created the localization freeze of Fire which
was planned for November 7.

We are currently working on some updates to our preference panes to
accomplish the following:

- Make things easier to find by breaking preferences into more logical
groupings
- Add support for Themes (colors, icons, smileys, sounds)

We also need to go through the code and make sure that all appropriate
strings are localizable.

The hope is that we can have a UI freeze by the end of the day
Saturday, so that a localized build can be created for the localization
team to begin working with. (that will put us about 1 week behind)

If any of you are planning changes which affect the UI, and cannot
complete them by Saturday, please let me know ASAP!!!

Thanks,
Alan Humpherys
