Started over. I deleted everything and downloaded the CVS update by
opening up Terminal, which I configured to use bash by default, then
entering tcsh and entering the necessary commands for the download as
directed by fire.sourceforge.net/development.

Kept it at "Fire (Everything) (Upgraded)" target and touched
absolutely nothing.

Build fails at the same point:

Under RDVCommunicationController.m

RDVStream.h:46: error: parse error before "xmlParserCtxtPtr"
RDVStream.h:27: libxml/xinclude.h: No such file or directory

Error looks familiar... does this mean the update didn't register yet?
