ICQ contacts not showing online

I used fire last night with no problems, never shut the system down,
but did exit the application.

Now, this morning, all of my ICQ contacts show offline.   If someone
sends me a message, they pop online no problem.    I have tried
re-authorizing them, re-adding them (Delete and then add as a new
contact).  Had a buddy remove and then add me to their list as new.  
I removed the account and re-added it from the accounts tab.

Re-Downloaded the application, delted the fire directory from
applications and re-copied them from a fresh download.

Any suggestions on how I can get them them back.   My Windows Trillian
is working fine, and so is the real ICQ application.
