Do the snapshot builds (http://fire.sourceforge.net/Prerelease/snapshot.dmg) crash on you? If they do, then report the crash log. If not, the be sure you have a complete update of CVS (cvs -z3 update -dP). Also, quit xcode and relaunch it (it does some caching of the project even if you close the project). Also, don't get the source tarball, as it seems to no longer be updating. Follow the CVS instructions as labeled here: http://fire.sourceforge.net/development/ Any devs want to weigh in on why the tarball is no longer updating?
