Basically, whenever I feel they need an update.  Usually once every few 
days.  The last build was 11/10 I believe.

They are linked in the irc channel, but I think the date in the topic 
there is wrong.  It is debatable putting them on the website since the 
builds will get out of date and they are pre-beta.  Perhaps in the 
development section?
