Sorry, Fire does not currently update the server list for ICQ. In a 
future version of Fire we will fix this by using a different library 
for ICQ (the same one which is used for AIM now).

For AIM and MSN, this should be happening automatically when you 
connect the account. Have you checked your Fire console for relevant 
messages? You could also look in the Console application (in 
/Applications/Utilities).
