New behaviour for non-buddy messages

Fire alerts me when a message arrives from someone who's not in my 
buddy list, to see if I want to accept it.

The behaviour has changed a bit, though. In the past, once I'd 
accepted a message from a given person once, Fire would let future 
messages from that same person through. That's good... I don't wish 
to clutter up my already-too-full buddy list by adding this person, 
but I do wish to let them IM me.

In 1.5.x, Fire now asks if I want to accept the message from the 
non-buddy the first time in each session. I'd rather not have to 
click the "accept" button each time. Perhaps a pair of buttons saying 
"accept always" and "accept once" would be good, so the user can 
decide which approach they prefer. But in the absence of this 
enhancement to the software, I'd much prefer the old behaviour.
