Confirmed.

Although, chopping off the "download.php" bit gives the main 
SourceForge Fire page.

Then you should be able to click on the nice big shiny button that 
sayd "Download Now".

However, also be aware fo ther warnhing on the download page - "he 
file you have requested was recently released and may not yet exist 
on all of our mirrors".
