The new buddy list in the TOT builds is in some ways nice, but I really miss a few things. First, sorting... there seems to be no real order. I want my list sorted by away status, followed by the alphabetically. This is the #1 thing I miss. The only other real issue, is that I miss the ability to have buddy icons replace service icons, but let service icons remain when there's no buddy icon. I loved the implementation before, the current system requires me choose between display of icons or too little space for text. But, in general, I like. The text status line is great! -- Ernest Phillips - <[email protected]> http://www.ernestphillips.com Help protect your digital rights and mine! www.digitalconsumer.org "Unlike power, force does not induce compliance: the exercise of force is instead an admission that compliance cannot be induced by other noncoercive means." -Robert Jackman, Power Without Force ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is Sponsored by the Better Software Conference & EXPO September 19-22, 2005 * San Francisco, CA * Development Lifecycle Practices Agile & Plan-Driven Development * Managing Projects & Teams * Testing & QA Security * Process Improvement & Measurement * http://www.sqe.com/bsce5sf _______________________________________________ Fire-talk mailing list [email protected] To unsubscribe or change your options use the web interface: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fire-talk Have a question?
