Ah, it's the last bit in parens ("(If this checkbox and column is not 
visible, you may need to make the Edit Accounts window larger so this 
column will be displayed.)") that I missed. I thought it was in the 
Accounts window but couldn't see it and didn't think to resize it. 
D'oh!
