irc and icon flashing

Greetings.

As you know, Fire flashes its icon upon arrival of new messages (unless
you disable it), and it does that for irc messages too. I don't like
this behaviour because I don't mind to get the alert for every new
message in a crowded chatroom. Then I reported it as a bug, but Alan
anwsered that it "works as designed".

There are two things on my wishlist:

- disable flashing for irc but not for other services;
- possibly, enable flashing for irc messages *only* when someone typed=20
  my nickname (XChat does, and I like it very much).

What do you think about this?

Too late for Fire 1.0. For now, you can turn off the icon flashing
entirely=20
if it bothers you.
