Re: Fire 0.32.h released

To clarify, we already do this for AIM (TOC or Oscar), ICQ, and Yahoo. 
Jabber does not do this currently, but I believe there is a tracker on 
it.

For ICQ we only download the buddy list and do not modify the server 
list.
