Sonia,
are you using the new Alpha version?  If so you might want to either 
wait until the beta version releases or use an older version.  They are 
still working to release a new version.

Also are you using the english language version or a localized language 
version.  That could be a major factor as to the problems you're 
receiving.

Also you might post on the new forums on the Sourceforge Page.  I don't 
know how active they are but it might help your question get answered 
:)
