The blocked buddies group is now a special group in the upcoming 1.0.
It shows you who is blocked for the currently online accounts. The
blocked buddies group actually contains a COPY of the buddies that are
in some other group. Notice, if you are not online for any accounts,
the blocked buddies group will be empty. Go online for an account, and
the buddies blocked for that account will be added to that group.
