Retrieving a Conversation Log

Apologies if this question has been discussed before - I skimmed the 
mailing list archives but may have missed it.

Is there any way to retrieve a deleted conversation log?

I have unintentionally removed the 'previous conversations' folder 
for one of my buddies and would like it back if possible. The folder 
is not in ~/Library/Application Support/Fire/Sessions/, nor is it my 
trash. Is there anywhere else Fire may have put it pending deletion? 
(Or could it have been renamed?) I am using version 0.32.d at the 
moment.
