Found the source of various AIM problems

A while ago I reported to this list that I was having a few troubles
with the AIM part of Fire. Buddies on my list could never see when I
was away or idle. Additionally they could not see my away message
when they tried getting info on me until they actually got an away
message response when they messaged me. Lastly nobody could see my
profile - it was totally blank to any user that tried to look at it.

I found out what the problem was, and am hoping if The Developers
That Be are aware of it. After much fiddling I found out that it
seems to be somehow related to the profile that I was using. There
seems to be an internal limit to the amount of characters the Fire
profile (or perhaps the AIM server?) is able to store before things
start breaking. If you stay under that limit, everything is fine,
but if you went over it (like I did) stuff stops working. I don't
know what the character limit is, but when I cut my HUGE profile in
half, all the stuff that broke started working again.

Has this bug been reported?

And once again, I would like to say thank you for an awesome Mac OS X
messaging client!
