Re: Fire 1.0 alpha 2 - We need your help testing!!

Run "sample Fire 5" in the terminal while Fire is hanging (assuming you 
mean the spinning beach ball).  It will tell you the output file name.  
Send that to us.
Also, open Fire's console before you log in, as well as the main 
console (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app) and see if anything is 
printed in there.
