Authorize/Decline users(ICQ)

Hi. I have a feature request. When a user wants to add me to their lists, I have to authorize or decline their requests in ICQ. Would it be possible to be able to move the small pop-up window, so I can read the text that's beneath the pop-up window? I guess this is a sillly thing, but it still irritates me a bit. People tend to say "hello..blah blah" , and then they suddenly want to add me to their lists. So.. what do you guys say about that feature?
