Even though I can't use Fire 0.99.2 with AIM or MSN, I'm still using it at work to sign onto ICQ and Yahoo. (My work machine is a dual G4 running 10.3.2.) Most of the time (probably 4 out of 5 times) when I launch Fire, which is set to auto-connect to Yahoo, ICQ, and MSN, all three show up as connected, but only ICQ has any buddies showing. If I disconnect and reconnect Yahoo, I then get several buddies showing as online. Fire's console shows effectively the same info on both connection attempts, but only on the second attempt does anything "useful" happen: 3/5/04 10:50:48 AM - Yahoo - Connected 3/5/04 10:50:48 AM - Yahoo/YahooCFunctions.m:208: warning: 3/5/04 10:50:48 AM - Stubbed Callback yahoo_got_cookies_cb invoked 3/5/04 10:50:49 AM - MSN - Connected 3/5/04 10:50:49 AM - Couldn't find buddy named [email protected] for account [email protected] 3/5/04 10:50:49 AM - Couldn't find buddy named [email protected] for account [email protected] 3/5/04 10:50:49 AM - Couldn't find buddy named [email protected] for account [email protected] 3/5/04 10:50:50 AM - ICQ - Connected 3/5/04 10:50:50 AM - Foo has logged on. 3/5/04 10:50:50 AM - [email protected] has logged on. 3/5/04 10:59:56 AM - Couldn't find buddy named [email protected] for account [email protected] 3/5/04 11:00:21 AM - Yahoo - Connected 3/5/04 11:00:21 AM - Yahoo/YahooCFunctions.m:208: warning: 3/5/04 11:00:21 AM - Stubbed Callback yahoo_got_cookies_cb invoked 3/5/04 11:00:22 AM - foo has logged on. 3/5/04 11:00:22 AM - bar has logged on. ========================================================================== Mark H.
