The more reports of problems that we receive, the easier it will be to
narrow the problems down. By all means revert to 0.99.2 after trying
0.99.3 and experiencing problems, but please file bug reports first!
Without detailed feedback it can be very difficult to fix problems that
the developers themselves do not experience.

Please see http://fire.sourceforge.net/faq.php#general-bugreport for
more information.
