The crashing issues seem to be due to a compiler issue (only happens on 
optimized builds on 10.2 or later, and only with MSN and ICQ which are 
using Objective C++).

For the moment I've replaced those plug-ins with the ones built on 10.1 
and that seems to address the crash on login... there are no other 
changes so I've simply added a new disk image called 
Fire.app0.99.3bfor10.2+.dmg to the release. Please give it a shot.
