The first thing of use would be the crash logs and the OS version you 
are running?  I am assuming you are running Fire version 0.32.m

Information about getting the crash log can be found here:

Additionally, it would be extremely helpful if you would try out the 
beta release.  It is listed as "Fire.app Beta" in the file releases on 
Fire's sourceforge page:  http://sourceforge.net/projects/fire  We 
would prefer any crash logs from this version as it is the basis for 
our next release.
