You can help us out by answering some questions here:
Is this just AIM, or other services?
Is this by adding them through Fire, or Fire adding them from the 
server list?
What is the "Allow non-buddies to see me online" (or something like 
that) setting in the privacy pref pane?
For this buddy, what are the settings listed in the accounts tab (edit 
the buddy).
