Hello everyone, I've been using fire for quite a while and was excited to see 1.0 come out today. I installed it and launched it and it immideately sucked up most of my user cpu time (vs. system cpu time). Playing around with it, it appears that if I connect to my yahoo account, it successfully connects, but the CPU usage goes way up. I have accounts on all the others (except Jabber) and I can successfully connect to all of them but yahoo without the situation arising. I do not see the same issue using .32j - I can connect successfully to all of the accounts without a corresponding spike to my cpu usage. Oh, I guess I should say that this is a sustained load, not just a temporary spike. My poor little 12"'s fan starts flying almost immediately thinking everything is heating up. I only have around 10 buddies on YIM, only 2 or 3 of which are online at any one time. Also, this doesn't require me to actually have any conversations going with any of them. Any suggestions on what I can try to fix this problem? I've dropped back to .32j for the moment.
