Hi,

I’m slowly moving towards being able to release somewhat risky changes
on the new infra again. As first concrete step,
freenet-20171010-r1-snapshot.jar updates update.sh to be able to pull
new fred releases directly from github. It only covers
freenet-stable-latest.jar, but that should be enough to recover by
uploading a new release which ships new files via Freenet. This will not
suffice if connectivity plugins are broken, though.

Please test that snapshot (you can get all these files in one step by
enqueueing the keys on the download page):

Keep in mind that this is a test release. It did not see all the
reviewing and testing necessary for a full release. Do backup first, and
don’t use this if your life or physical wellbeing depends on the
security guarantees of your Freenet node.

In addition to updating update.sh, this test release includes the
following changes:


- avoid jumping around of bookmarks in case of broken activelinks.
- optimized network settings for the new structure since the link
  length fix : less peers for the same bandwidth should result in
  higher throughput per connection. This allows for less powerful
  devices to join (with low bandwidth settings) and should provide
  better bandwidth utilization for very fast nodes.
- Re-enable RSA-based ciphers for SSL-connections to the node

- add jfniki index bookmark (use "add default bookmarks" to get it)
- l10n: pull translations from transifex
