I feel that this needs an answer. I=E2=80=99m fine with releasing it, becau=

do not want to add yet one more hurdle before we can finally release

The solution to fix the tests on master is to release from next.

Which is where we finally arrived at this year and I am happy to finally
no longer have to worry about deviations between next and master because
we can now just update test-run fix and then release next and I don=E2=80=
=99t
intend to expend more work to make rupturing which was forced upon me
less sharp because it=E2=80=99s already been too long and I intentionally w=
rote
this sentence without point and comma because that=E2=80=99s how the last 18
months felt with ever more requirements being thrown in front of me by
the person who should have the biggest interest in not throwing more
hurdles in front of finally getting next released because he spearheaded
getting next where it is today.

Short: Could we stop this and focus on releasing next?

This is not constructive and trying to start serious decisionmaking
about things right here won=E2=80=99t work because emotions already run wil=
d.
