final test release of 1481

I=E2=80=99m now running Freenet 1481, and it works!
But that=E2=80=99s just my box. It needs your testing!

To help test the auto-updater, please go to the auto update settings at

http://127.0.0.1:8888/config/node.updater?fproxyAdvancedMode=3D2

and add the following key under "Where should Freenet look for updates?"

You might have to restart Freenet to get it to detect the new release
after adding the new key (I had to).

If there are no new blockers, I=E2=80=99d like to release this to the actual
update key next week.

All there is to do is switching out the testing key for the real update
key and running the inserter. And then we=E2=80=99ll finally have a release=
 from
the next branch after 18 months of work to get it ready!
