That's interesting, I would have thought if a person could get Freenet 
running then Frost would not be too difficult.  It's been a while since 
I got everything set up though, so maybe one makes a run icon and the 
other doesn't or something.

Anyway, if you are running on a Windows machine, you should find a file 
named frost.bat where you unzipped everything.  Click on that and you 
should be set to go.
