frost not posting messages ?

Im running the latest (dated dec 11 2007) version of
frost with freenet 0.7 (latest version).

Ive been trying to send out test messages with frost
to the test board but they never send out.  I get a
constant status of "waiting" unless I restart freenet
node, and then I have a small chance of the message
being sent.

Can anyone provide any info ?
