Frost hangs at startup splash saying "cleaning file list owners"

Never gets past it.

Frost may have choked on decrypting a download of some 300 mB, Freenet 
disconnected me from all peers while this download was at 100%.
The file is on disk now but only partial.

What can I delete or rename in order to keep my old messages and identity?
