Education, Cristovam Buarque, was interrged about what he think about
Amasoni's internationalising. The young american student stated his question
by declaring he expected the response of an humaniste and not of a
Brasilian.

 Indeed , as a Brasilian I will simply stand up against Amasonia's
Internationalisation. Whatever not suficient may be our governments councern
on this patrimonium, it is our. As an humanist , awere of the risk of the
environment degradation
 that suffers Amazonia, i can imagine Amazonia beeing internationalised, as
well as all that is important for mankind.
If in the name of an humaniste éthics , we should internacionalise Amazonia,
then we should internationalise all oil reservations existing in the all
world .

Oil is as important for the wellfair of humanity as Amazonia is for our
future. Besides it , the masters of oil reservations feel the right to
enlarge or to diminuish oil extraction as well as raising its price.

So we should as well , internationalise the rich countries financial
capital. If Amazoia is a reservation for all people , it cant be burned by
its owner's wish, or country one, .Burning Amazonia , its as grievous as the
"chomage" provoked by arbitraryes decisions of speculators of global
economy. We cant permit that financing reservations burn entire countries
for the sake of speculation.

Before Amazonia , I would like t see the internationalisation of all grat
world museums..The Louvre shouldnt belong to France only.
Each museum in the world is the guardian of the most beautyful work mankind
produced with its genius. We cant let all this cultural inheritance , as
well as Amazonia's natural heritage , be manipulated and destructed at the
fantasy of an only owner or an only country . Some time ago , a japonise
millionnaire dcided to burry with him in the grave, the portrait of a grat
master. Before that happened, the painting should be internationaised.

As this encounter takes place, the United Nations organise the Millenerium
Forum , but certain Presidents of some countrys had dificulties to attend
it, because of the the United States difficultyes in its frontiers. So I
believe , that 
New York , where united Nations have their place ,should be
internatinalised,At least Manhattan shoud pertain to all mankind. As well as
Paris ;venise;rome;london, Rio de janeiro, Brasilia;Recife, each town wit
its particular beauty
, and its own worls'history should belong to the whole world.

If the United States wnt to internationalise Amazonia, for thr risk of let
it in Brasilian's hands, then lets internationalise as well all UnitedStates
nuclear arms ., what will lied to a destruction a thousand times biger that
the miserable fires in Brasilian forests.

During their conversations , the actual candidates to the Presidential of
United States have sustained the idea of an internationalisation of th
eworld forests reservations in exchange of the deleting of the debt . so
lets start using this debt to assure that all the children of the world can
afford eating and school . Lets internationalise the children, treating them
wherever they born , as a reservation that deserves the attention of the
whole world. Even more than Amazonia..When the world lieders will treat the
poor children of the world like an iheritance of Mankind, they will not
allow them to work for they should be at school; they wont let them die as
they should lieve.

As an humaniste , I accept to take the defence of the idea of an
internacionalasation of the world. But sincethe world would treat me as a
Brasilian , i'll fight for our Amazonia , and only our.!
