I think traceability is an emergent property (read: side effect) when
large files are divided into hundreds of tiny little chunks.  Having lots
of chunks/blocks/spurts of data going out from a single point at the
same time simply makes it easier to track them back to a single point.
Matthew's not introducing traceability so much as pointing it out and
trying to bolt another feature onto it.

Not sure about .au, but the US is far more anti-Muslim than anti-Christian
these days.  Yes, that may change....
