Posted that idea I had a while ago, with some slight improvements. IMHO
it would be a useful experiment post-1.0; build it, give the users the
choice, and see what happens. At worst it will demonstrate why Freenet
has to be uncensorable and at best it will offer an additional option
for persecuted groups in difficult situations.
