Besides, what are you claiming, now, in fact? Not only that  it's somehow
not allowed if you put a link to your own blog, even when relevant, but also
all the people one knows and asks to have a look at it and decide whether
it's relevant or not to add it, are not allowed to do so neither?

This shows the idiotery of your reasoning.
