Hi, I was wondering why freenet 0.7 doesn't use my bandwidth fully all the time (or fully utilise cpu/ram/hd). Also my store does not seem to be able to grow past 1GB. Shouldn't Freenet just send arbitrary packets around when it is 'idling', e.g. when htl is reached on inserts?
