Freenet 0.7.5 build 1376

Freenet 0.7.5 build 1376 is now available, please upgrade. It will be mandatory in 1 week. Changes include:
- Request and insert level bugfixes, and better checking for stalled requests/inserts related to these fixes.
- Show the ETA of a page as time remaining, not total time.
- Fix the no peers alert showing sometimes when we have peers.
- Significant improvements to the CSS override code that should make it a lot easier to develop alternate fproxy themes. In particular you can now refer to other files in the same folder as the override CSS file.
- Freenet-ext.jar version 29 is now required. Your node should already have fetched the new extra jar. Please let us know if you have any difficulty upgrading.
- German translation update, and minor translation related fixes.
- New versions of Freemail, Freetalk and WebOfTrust.
- Partial fix related to wrong error message when handling a bogus SSK key.
- BMP filter fixes.
