Freenet 0.7.5 build 1381

Freenet 0.7.5 build 1381 is now available, please upgrade, it will be mandatory on Monday. Changes include:
- Fix the one-connection-per-ip-address code, with various enhancements; it now works.
- Lots of work on new load management, which is still off by default. Including fixing a bug with turning it on. It is however enabled on testnet, and I hope to deploy it on the main network soon, at least for bulk requests.
- Fix the bug in 1380 that killed bookmark-me links.
- Fix some requests stalling forever. This is why it is mandatory.
- Merge operhiem1's (steved's) config reset code. This adds a reset to defaults button for config pages other than "Core settings" (it also won't touch the fproxy port, but you can reset the rest of the fproxy settings).
- Support <meta http-equiv="refresh"...> - configurable, with minimum intervals.
- Allow overriding the splitfile crypto key in directory uploads as well as files.
- Add RealTime and crypto key to PersistentPutDir/PersistentPut FCP message.
- Minor client layer fixes.
- Minor block transfer fixes.
- Minor bugfix to FreenetURI parsing that broke some network tests.
- New Library (not mandatory), Freetalk and WebOfTrust.
- Fix typo's in logger thresholds config breaking node startup.
