Freenet 0.7.5 build 1390 is now available. Please upgrade, it will be mandatory on Monday. 1390 is a minimal build including only important and simple bugfixes. This includes a client layer NPE fix, fixes related to opennet and negative HTL on RNFs, and a bunch of fixes that only affect New Load Management.

It is possible that plans may change, and there may be more mandatory builds this week, as there are 4 largish changes in the pipeline after this build over the next week or two:
- Further bugfixes (mostly timeouts), in master, still being debugged on testnet. (These are important for NLM).
- HTL-based timeouts. (This is also important for NLM, and should limit the damage caused by broken nodes).
- Enabling new load management by default for bulk requests.
- Turning off AIMDs by default for bulk requests.

The first two items might or might not be combined. The others will need to be separated.

Thanks!
Please report any problems.
