i am the administrator and I've even checked everything off as run as 
administrator but it doesn't help. when i first used freenet a couple months ago 
it worked fine, but then when i came back to it a bit ago it would't work. i was 
trying to figure out what changed between then and now and can't figure out 
anything that would affect freenet.
