Open your Freenet node's web interface:
http://127.0.0.1:8888/
Click on "Switch to advanced mode" at the bottom of the page.
Click on the Configuration menu and then the "Opennet" option.
It's the last option, at the end of the page. Change it.
Click "Apply".
